I recommend including insurance in the shipping of original artworks where possible. As the cost of insurance can vary with the size and value of the artwork, I can arrange a quote for the insurance costs, along with the packaging costs, in advance, if required.
I use Australia’s leading parcel courier service who are experienced in fine art packing and freight. An estimated delivery time can be provided once your order has been packaged.
You can request signature on delivery. Please advise at the time of ordering if you would prefer this option.
For international shipments, please be aware that customs regulations, duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. It is essential to comply with all customs requirements to ensure smooth delivery and avoid any delays or additional charges.

To keep you informed about your shipment’s progress, I provide tracking numbers or links for all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking details. You can use this information to track your package through the carrier’s tracking system.
