If the original artwork you purchased doesn’t quite hit the mark, you have 7 business days from receiving it to return it in its original packaging. After 7 days, my magical powers to offer refunds or exchanges sadly expire. To be eligible for a refund, please make sure your item is in the same pristine condition as when it arrived—no adventurous journeys for your artwork, please!

And we all make mistakes! Sometimes even my packing elf (yep, that’s me) has bad days! If you receive the wrong item or your order isn’t quite right, please let me know within the 7 business days and I’ll happily arrange a refund or exchange, as long as the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. I promise to fix any mix-ups with a smile (and maybe a sheepish apology from my elf).
